My daughter really struggles with emotion regulation: with her emotions being more heightened than the average child she sometimes is unable to verbally express how she’s feeling because her feelings can be so explosive it overwhelms her. These have cards have been perfect for her. She now has a comfort in knowing she can communicate freely without having to try find words in times of big emotions

Recognising feelings is so important for emotional development of children and these cards are a fantastic tool. I bought them for my kids age 3 and 6 and they absolutely love them! So beautifully made as well. My older daughter is so proud of them; every morning she goes through all the cards and tells me what feeling she woke up with. She then puts the card in the special stand for it( I also bought it here).
